Remet UK is proud to be a sponsor of The Festival of High Temperatures that takes place 22 – 24 of June in the city of Wroclaw, Poland.

The event is organized by Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw and It has become one of the major cultural events in the city.

The Festival has been organized on an annual basis since 2007. Every year artists, students of Wroclaw Academy and other art universities from Poland and other countries working in different fields – sculpture, ceramics, glass, who use high temperature in the process of making their artworks.

Remet UK will be supplying the ceramic materials used during this workshop, these include our ready to use slurry, Remasol Jus-Dip, and Remasil 50 refractories. These products are already used by artisan foundries around the world.

At this year’s Festival of High Temperatures will be attended by, Andy Griffiths with students from Carmarthen School of Art – Wales, Coral Penelope Lambert from Alfred University in New York USA, Kurt Dyrhaug from Lamar University Texas USA and Atelierhaus Hilmsen w Hilmsen (Germany). Ivana Slavikova cast iron consultant for artisan foundries from Banska Bistrica, Slovakia.
