Remet UK Achieves AEO Certification

The growth in international trade and increasing security threats within the supply chain has forced customs administrators to develop a framework of world-class standards to secure and facilitate global trace (S.A.F.E.).  Developing an Authorised Economic Operator programme is a core part of S.A.F.E. and allows Remet UK and its customers to gain from beneficial import and export controls.

As of the 20th April 2016 Remet UK Limited is a certified Authorised Economic Operator (AEO). This certification is recognition that Remet UK Limited has a secure international supply chain and that our customs, documentation and security procedures are efficient and compliant with the internationally accepted framework.

The AEO certification adds to our existing ISO 9001 – Quality Management, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management, and OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health and Safety third party accreditation. This certification is evidence of Remet UK’s continuing commitment to excellence in all aspects of our business, and offering our customer’s the best possible products and services.
