Carbide burs are used for rapid stock removal on medium and hardened steels, stainless steels, titanium, Inconel and many other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Alodur® GF Brown Fused Alumina Grits are produced by fusing alumina in an electric arc furnace under carefully controlled conditions. Material is crushed, ground and then precision sized. Magnetic iron from crushing is removed by rare earth magnets to ensure low levels of iron in the finished products.
